Corinne DeMaagd has 25 years of publishing experience, including a decade in technical publishing and 15 years editing fiction and trade titles. She has edited over 250 books across all fiction genres, with a particular specialty in romance, where her sharp eye for pacing and emotional beats helps authors bring their characters fully to life. Corinne holds an MPhil in Publishing Studies from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a B.A. in English Creative Writing from Western Michigan University, with minor studies in visual arts and comparative religion.
Corinne also currently teaches art at a fine arts academy, bringing the same eye for craft and creative development to her students that she brings to her editing clients.
